This condo is beautifully decorated, clean, comfortable, and nicely supplied with basic necessities. The location is perfectly located Beach block! We absolutely loved spending our spring break there, and would love to come back next year!

The rental property at 3443 Central was very neat and clean when we arrived. It is updated and very comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped. There were plenty of pillows, blankets etc that we needed for fall weather. I highly recommend this property.

We have been vacationing in Ocean City for the past 30 years. Now the Grandchildren are down the shore with us. For the 30 years we have rented from Berger Realty. I found the agents very professional and will go the extra mile. This year I was going to arrive late to pick up the keys, I call Nicole Williams asked her to wait and she did. We had another wonderful vacation down the shore.

My only negative comment about the property was the master bed mattress seems like it sinks to the middle.
