The only thing I didn’t like and it no big deal, is the shower curtain liners where alittle moldy on the bottom. Otherwise very nice condo.

Community shower for the bldg doesn’t drain properly causing water at carport door for Apt A4.
Toaster oven smoked. Couldn’t use. Front balcony screen kept falling off track. Oven needed to be cleaned. 1st flr bathroom shower curtain mildewed. We replaced it.

Excellent location, lots of space for different family members, 3 bathrooms! Off street parking, great area for beach stuff near the door. Owners left all the basic kitchen pans and tools, dishwashing soap, hand soap, etc. two separate patios.
