Exterior of property needs work. The rest of the block looks far superior to this building. interior cleaning could be improved. As at other properties, a plastic mat on the property leading over the dune onto the beach would be very helpful for older guests to navigate.

The only issue was that the washer/dryer were very small for a rental this size. Inside and beach towels were my main concern and it was a chore to get them done. Also, the master BR bed was small when used to a king.
