First time renting in Ocean City... Being in Sales myself, I always appreciate a quick/reliable follow up to questions. John Tonkinson made himself very accessible throughout the entire process. Smooth sailing from start to finish (but not finished as we are already set up to rent the same spot next year). Have already recommended John to another family member and will continue to do so.
