Poor internet
Outlets in dining area didn’t work.
Wanted to use the blender but no container

Great location for our multigenerational family. The elevator was such a blessing for carrying up everything and making it easy for those with bad knees to safely go up to the property, especially since the stair railings were loose and wobbly which is an issue if you depend on the railing to help you up and down the steps. My only other suggestion would be to make sure you take your own pillows as the ones in the property that aren't part of the bedspread pillow shams are very flat, don't have pillow protectors and really need replaced. There also was a distinctive hum and vibration on the floor in the back queen bedroom which we weren't sure if it was coming from the downstairs ceiling fan running 24/7 or their AC system. The great room was wonderful for our group.

We were very pleased with this fantastic home. On the rooftop, We were able to hear and see the ocean. The sunrises and sunsets were lovely. The home was clean and very comfortable. Dori Adams was very helpful and patient. We have enjoyed working with her on several occasions. I can’t wait to get back, and especially this home!

Trish went above-and-beyond for us when our first rental cancelled 4 weeks before our vacation. She found us a great replacement. We were so grateful. We have been renting through Berger Realty for almost 40 years and won't use any other agency.
