This amazing spacious one bedroom one bath is directly across the street from the beautiful beach and the famous Ocean City, NJ boardwalk, check out the photos showing the short distance to get to the beach and boardwalk. Unit 205 is part of the Ocean Tides condominium community which has an exterior common elevator, out side shower and ground level patio, off street assigned parking for one car and a bike rack and ground level shared laundry room. There are two flat screen TV's inside unit 205, one in the bedroom and the other in the living area which is a smart TV. One Queen size bed in the bedroom and one queen size sofa bed in the living area along with a large chair and ottoman and glass top wicker table with four wicker chairs.  Nice entertainment center with DVD player, Comcast high speed internet and cable TV. The kitchen has an oven, toaster, coffee maker and single cup Keurig coffee maker, pots and pans and refrigerator. There is also a microwave oven in unit 205. The St Augustine Catholic Church is a half block away -- at 13th and Wesley. Other places of worship are also nearby but not quite as close. Located close to restaurants, stores and other attractions. Available to rent only for the full weeks during the season and also during the off season. Professional and experienced cleaners will clean the unit following each stay at unit 205. Enjoy the many events taking place in Ocean City, NJ year round.
