This home is perfect for large FAMILY reunions , Weddings, since it has sleeping accommodation for 28 PEOPLE.

There are four floors to this large 6000 square foot home.

While we have three separate units in our home, we only rent the whole house to one group. The separate units work well for different family and friends who want to stay together but still have their own private space. Each unit has it's own individual central air / gas heat system.

Ideal for several families to rent in the same building , but split up and each have their own space.

DESCRIPTION OF THE THREE UNITS: The ground floor ( no steps) with ample height ceilings has THREE BR., sleeps 8 ( queen sofa bed in LR), 2B, LR, DA, K, and full laundry. One bedroom and one bathroom of this unit are handicapped accessible (large doors). No steps from car to inside of unit. The outdoor enclosed shower house is large enough to accommodate a wheelchair for a shower.

Around front and on the side on this level there is a furnished private porch area.

The first floor (one flight up) also sleeps 8 (queen sofa bed in LR), has 3BR, 2B, LR, DA, K and full laundry.

The 2nd/3rd floor unit has 2BR, 2B, LR, DA, K, laundry on one floor, and 2BR on 3rd fl, totaling 4 BRs in the apt. This unit sleeps 12 ( with one queen sofa bed in LR, and one double sofa bed in the largest bedroom). There is a side enclose sitting porch off a second floor bedroom overlooking 8th and Wesley Avenue.

Each of the three units future full size kitchen with dishwashers , garbage disposals , full size refrigerators, gas ovens, and microwaves. The three kitchens are stocked with dishes, glass wear, pot and pans.

There are ten TVs and three DVD payers throughout the house: 3 TVs /1 DVD on the ground floor, 3 TVs/ 1 DVD on the first floor and 4 TVs/ 1 DVD on the 2nd/ 3rd floor unit. The property also has wireless internet that services every unit.

Outside of the first floor ( one flight up) futures huge wrap around porch complete with wicker rockers. Heading out the first floor( one flight up) back door there is a fully furnished 20 ' by 25' sundeck. Heading down the step from the rear deck, there is a parking area for SEVEN cars, an enclosed hot and cold water shower house, and two storage areas for beach supplies. There is even a grassy side yard that is partially fenced in.

NOTE: The ground floor unit has 3 parking spaces, the 1st floor unit has two and the 2/3 rd floor unit has 2 spaces.

In all, there are 10 bedrooms, six bathrooms, sleeping accommodation for 28 people.
