This 6 bedroom 3 1/2 bathroom single home is spacious enough for multiple families and friends to vacation. The easy walking distance to stores and local favorites ie; Aunt Betty's ice cream, Blitz Market and Uncle Bill pancake house make this vacation retreat a must booking. The closeness to the Beach and Boardwalk allows easy access for morning bike rides and morning strolls effortless, especially when your only 10 houses to the boardwalk & Beach.
Beach Memories retreat amenities are; 1st floor includes- 3 Bedrooms, 1 1/2 baths with one of the bedrooms offering en-suite bath. for those guests who wish not to climb stairs. Also, a laundry room, storage area in the garage with a 2nd refrigerator for your use, a wheeleeze beach cart, outside shower, covered roof side patio with blue tooth speakers and string lights to set the mood while engaging in delightful conversation or sit back relaxing in comfortable furniture reading a book for those possible rainy days.
The 2nd floor offers 3 more bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with one of the bedrooms with an en-suite bath. In addition is an entertainment room, a 60" screen TV, a bar and ample seating for all guests. Queen size murphy bed is being added to living area. A bumper pool table/ card table for guest to kick back and relax after a wonderful beach day. Even more entertainment room is an outside deck with string lights and outdoor speakers to relax while listening to your favorite music. Your Ocean City evening will never be the same.
