Description

This 1st floor beachfront with direct ocean views from the living and dining areas accommodates 10 people sleeping in the four bedrooms with one room a offering a double bed plus a twin, the next room a queen plus a twin, the third room has a queen and the fourth room features a king bed. The rental was well stocked! We appreciated the sand toys, bicycles and games. REALLY appreciated the beach tags! The extra refrigerator was very helpful. LOVE the downstairs shower and toilet! The door to that area didn't close, so that was a safety concern. When we arrived at the rental, there were wet towels in the washer and dirty dishes in the dishwasher; otherwise it was clean and ready. Vacuum cleaner didn't work. Overall a good experience!

There are so many fixes needed for this property. Hose, ants, deck condition, internet inconsistency, SMELL (like diesel)...for beach front, it needs improvement and investment

Comfortable for our family. Needs upgrading and some maintenance but overall it was fine. Tiki bar was awesome but needs lighting for evening gathering. Has plenty of beach chairs and kiddie sand toys and an extra frig in the garage which was helpful.

Berger Realty is excellent at what they do. My family loved the house and location. However, the cleaning was not up to par. The house was dirty and the carpets needed cleaning. This happens with many rental we have experienced over the years. The cleaning crews need to do a better job. Thank you.

House was nice and had a good overall experience except for four days of bad weather which is just some bad luck. We were in 5413 Central. The house adjacent to the left ran very bright lights down the corridor between the houses that illuminated the master BR and the one adjacent to that side. Adding dark curtains on the windows on that side might help. Another suggestion would be to clear out a couple of the upper kitchen cabinets and mark them for use of the guests as 'pantry'. This would help with folks bringing food with them to avoid unnecessary shopping trips during Covid 19. There really wasn't a pantry area in that house.

This spacious 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, first-floor condo is in Ocean City's "deep south end", which is renowned for its tranquil atmosphere and pristine beaches. Conveniently located a block from Mallon's famous sticky buns and pastries, 2.5 blocks from A La Mode Ice Cream Parlor, near Boyer's Market and Deli, and just a bike ride or short drive over the bridge to Deauville Inn's famous beach bar and restaurant and Twisties Tavern on the Bay! Our south end location is within walking distance to Corson's Inlet State Park with its high dunes and great hiking trails.

The Condo got a new look for the summer of 2023. New Siding was installed and the deck was updated. You will find beautiful hardwood flooring in the kitchen/dining area/living room as well as ceiling fans in each of the bedrooms and family living area. In 2021, a state-of-the-art carport shower was added.

Relax in the open living area! You will find comfortable seating in the living room where you can lay back and enjoy watching TV or entertaining guests. The kitchen is a modern kitchen with wood cabinets and granite counter tops and appliances including refrigerator with ice maker, range, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, and Keurig/coffee brew machine. It is well stocked with all the things you will need to cook and dine in. Entertaining a large family? There is plenty of seating at a large table in addition to 4 chairs for dining at the counter. Two large sliding doors take you from the living area to the front deck where you can enjoy the ocean views while you dine or just relax in the wicker chairs and bar height polywood porch table and chairs.

Go down the hallway and you will find four bedrooms with beds to sleep up to ten people. Each bedroom has an HDTV TV. We have Xfinity cable by Comcast for the family area TV as well as high speed wireless internet so you can stay connected. The bedroom TVs are equipped with ROKU streaming devices. The condo has two full bathrooms, one off the hallway while the other is attached to the master bedroom. The washer and dryer units are off the hallway across from the bathroom.

Parking is provided for at least three cars with a carport and driveway. A private, enclosed outside shower accessed from the carport includes both hot and cold water. It feels like you are walking into luxury as you enter the shower area through the tiled changing room.

Under the front deck, you will find ample storage space for your beach gear.
