Beachfront condo in Ocean City with pool and beautiful ocean view. This light and airy, one bedroom condo on the 2nd floor sleeps up to four. It is one of the few units in the building with a window in the bedroom. A fully equipped kitchen and dinette allows for eating in. Includes central air, cable. internet,, full tub with shower and plenty of closet and drawer space. Open the slider to the roomy, private deck, and enjoy the soothing sound of the ocean and ocean view. Located on the Boardwalk at 14th St., the beach is just steps away or choose to relax in the pool instead. The location is quiet and restful, but also close to all boardwalk shops, restaurants and amusement parks. The shops on Asbury Ave. are a short walk away, and Atlantic City, Cape May, the Zoo and many other attractions are close by car. Assigned off street parking is located onsite, and the building is equipped with an elevator. You won't beat this location for convenience, charm, comfort and amenities.

I wanted to let you know that the dryer appears to need a deep cleaning. When I cleaned the vent it looked like there was a lot of lint all over the inside of the dryer which could be a fire hazard.

It's pretty good, although it's really weird that the hall enters directly into the bedroom, and there's no soundproofing from hall. Neighbors were quiet though, so it was ok.
Important note though! Using the provided toaster in the kitchen area sets off the fire alarm! They're too close together. We used an extension cord and toasted bagels on the porch, which worked out ok.

The door from the garage to the foyer/elevator area really needs to be fixed. My cousin complained about it in 2018 and it wasn't fixed.

Lee Misal is awesome. We have been visiting Ocean City for 20-plus years and our entire family deals with her. We also love The Beaches unit that we have rented for many years. Totally satisfied. We love Maine, but love to visit Ocean City.
