5242 Central needs some repairs - outside shower very leaky, couch in LR constantly comes apart, ice machine needs repair, outside lines need replacement, some blinds in LR/DR need repair/replacement, door to front deck does not lock, roof deck needs more newer furniture (one chair completely rusted out), not enough dinner plates for all of us, wooden stairs need to be refinished.

I would like to suggest two things for 5240 Central -
Safety bars and/or stick-ons for bathtubs for showers -
Labels for light switches. Our first dinner was difficult to cook without the light from the microwave and high hat lights we hadn't found the switch for.
