As far as location and layout, this place was perfect. It's close to beach and shopping. The kitchen was well appointed. It had plenty of everything we needed. We had family members upstairs from us, which made the property more appealing. We had access to their deck above the garage made using the shared outdoor shower space more pleasant than sharing it with strangers. We had trouble with some of the appliances- the fridge and coffee maker went on the fritz, and the sink drained slowly. The realtor was very quick to respond. He got a repairman in for the fridge, help the drain to empty faster and even loaned us a coffee maker from the office!

I had the chance to meet the property owner and she was lovely! The house was perfect for us. My only issue was the outside shower. The renters on the other side used it as well. I don't know if that was supposed to be, but they had 8 or so up there so we did not use our shower. Only a mild inconvenience, but some clarity there would have been helpful.

This property has been newly painted- ceilings, living room, dinning room, hallways, stairwell and a new set of outdoor steps leading to the deck was built.There is a spacious front porch with a full size dinning table as well as an unusually large back deck with lounges, relaxing chairs, a hammock as well as a full sized dining table. property is on a quiet residential street but close to a bakery right across the back alley, a Wawa, CVS, Acme, as well as a produce market, bike rentals, playground and restaurants.
