The outdoor hose was split and could not be used for washing sand off feet . There was a missing light fixture over the sink which made the area hard to see. The dishwasher was leaking water when we tried to run it. There were ants in the dining room area . All issues were reported to Berger while we were staying there but owner did not address any of these problems.

Nice place. Fridge had a problem but Dominic handled it asap. Reported problem early am, went to the beach and it was already repaired by the time we returned.

i liked the location of my rental. close to stores and beach. i have some comments about the rental inside the rental. Umbrellas or awning on deck,especially in hot sun. Also, more chairs or ottomans in living room, so we can put our feet up, instead of on table. sofa very noisy to sit on.
