The cleaning staff arrived after check-in, around 2:15 and were finished within 15 minutes. Clearly not a thorough cleaning, as you can see the dust on the ceiling fans. There was also mold on two of the wooden cutting boards. Mattress in the master bedroom was also very uncomfortable. Berger Reality was great. Our agent called with reminders the day before check-in and when we accidentally locked ourselves out, they were able to help with ease.

The property was very clean and updated. It was portrayed accurately from the pictures that were posted. We loved that they left beach tags for us to use!

The only negative is...the cleaners arrived at 2:10pm on Saturday 1st day, which surprised us and temp messed up our plans.

The first floor apt. was upgraded since last year however there are a couple of things they missed. In the master bathroom the towel holders keep falling off the wall, the toilet paper holder is falling off. No reading light by the bed in master bed room. No keys to enter from the side door.

The only issue we had is when it rained one night the whole street was flooded. The water level on the street, was up to our knees. Our cars had water up to half the tires. We couldn't back out since the lane way was also very flooded. Coming from far, it was stressful seeing if our cars would get ruined. So after speaking to a relative that lives in O.C. We will choose a non flooded area. Everything else was excellent!
