Beautiful, clean home in a perfect location. The ocean views and easy beach access were wonderful. The Boardwalk is right in front of the property, making it an easy walk to the restaurants and fun, but about 1-2 blocks from the business of the retail area. The bedrooms were large and comfortable, each with either a private or jack-and-Jill bathroom. The kitchen and living area are large and open. Most bedrooms are on the first floor; all living space and 1 bedroom are on the second. The pool is nice and in good shape. It is shared with the adjoining unit which was not a problem but was a bit awkward at times.

There were some broken chairs on the upper patio. And some of the lounge chairs were falling apart as well. The blinds in the back bedroom on the second floor were broken. And the ceiling fan in the back first floor bedroom was also broken. I hope these items get fixed before I stay there again next year.

Great location, great views and good parking.
The house was big with good amenities and having a pool was a bonus.
The only issue was a problem with ants. They were literally coming up through the seat cushions on the couch. We had to take it apart and clean it to reduce the number.

Beautiful location and view. Home was clean. Coffee maker was NOT. Hose to rinse feet sprayed everywhere (including your face) when turned on. I would rent the property again, based on location and general cleanliness. We had a wonderful time.

The rental property we had was very nice. I would probably not be able to rent it again due to the fact that the main living space is on the 2nd floor and it was difficult to go up and down the stair. The place was very nice, on the boardwalk with a nice pool . My grandchildren loved it. The bedroom were nice. I would like to see all the bedroom with a TV. But then again we aren't there to watch TV. I would recommend it to a young family with out older adults .
