The open-concept main living area features vaulted ceilings, hardwood floors, and large windows that fill the space with natural light. The fully equipped gourmet kitchen includes GE Caf appliances, granite countertops, a large island with countertop seating for six and a dining room table that can seat up to 12. Additional kitchen amenities include a dual coffee maker (Keurig and drip), Ninja Bullet blender, crockpot, electric griddle, waffle iron, four-slice toaster, electric tea kettle, electric can opener, hand mixer, and dishes and silverware for sixteen. The adjoining dining area opens to an oversized private deck, perfect for al fresco dining or enjoying your morning coffee with an ocean breeze. A half bathroom is located on main level.

This home offers two primary suites, each with a private balcony, walk-in closet, and luxurious en-suite bathroom. Three additional bedrooms also feature en-suite, providing ample space and privacy for all guests. A laundry room on the upper floor adds convenience to your stay, and hairdryers are provided in all bathrooms. The property features a private stair tower entrance and an elevator for easy access to ground level and main level.

Outdoor amenities include a private enclosed outdoor shower, a garage and additional parking for two cars in the driveway. Beach days are made easy with twelve beach tags and a beach cart provided for your convenience. After a day at the shore, relax on one of the private decks or take a short stroll to Ocean Citys famous boardwalk, downtown shopping, dining, and entertainment.
