The house was dirty, with stains on the carpets. Many ceiling lights didn’t work. The sofas and living room chairs were extremely uncomfortable, obviously saving money with no concern for renters comfort. The two Queen beds mattresses were also very uncomfortable, although the king was fine. The location was excellent but I would not rent here again.

The home is in a great location but after spending some time there we noticed the floors were very dirty. The vacuum available to use did not work very well, and I’ve never rented a house that I needed to clean the floors when I arrived. Also, there was no info from the home owner about trash pick up or Wi-Fi password/user name.

The location was excellent and the interior was beautiful. However, the mattresses should be replaced ASAP especially the twins.
