It has excellent features and some poor ones. The good outweighs the bad for my family.
Worst part is that two of the three bathrooms are each inside a bedroom ... leaving 3 bedrooms .. 6 people ...and anyone on the main floor to share one bathroom.. Very uneven accommodations if more than 4 adults are in the rental.

The location was phenomenal; no crossing streets to get to the beach; being on the Boardwalk but not in the loud, brightly-lit area. The house was great; it looked better than the pictures (new bedspreads, furniture). There were 8 of us; lots of room for people to sit alone and read, watch TV, and play on the multiple porches. The kitchen was pretty well equipped (silver foil or tupperware would have been nice, but that's a minor point). Just to let you know: the window on the staircase that leads from the outside to the 1st and 2nd floors is broken; it can't be closed, and I think must let a lot of rain in, leading to the staircase carpet having a moldy smell. And, the northeast window in the northeast bedroom (the bedroom with an attached bathroom) can be opened, but as soon as you let go of it, it slams down hard. Not a big deal, but just mentioning it. These are indeed minor points; the place was great, we had a tremendously fun time, and THANKS, Sean!
