House was clean and convenient to boardwalk and beach. For a pet friendly condo we were very pleased at how nice it was. Would definitely rent there again in the future!

Couldn't ask for a better property. With 4 small grandchildren, only 5 houses away from beach and no streets to cross with them. So roomy, and practically soundproof in the back room I was in. Never heard the baby up at night. 4 tvs was very nice and property so convenient to everything. Walked around the gardens some mornings, so beautiful!

we loved the notes around the house but missed the one about the trash - very sorry we didn't put it out on our week. We have rented many houses and this house was the most equipped we ever had they had everything, including baby gates which we used for our dogs.

Beautiful house. Great location. Clean. 1issue is that the lease said 2bedrooms with twin beds. When we arrived 1bedroom had bunk beds with double on bottom. Had to run out and buy sheets for double bed.

Second year with Ellen Senft and second year at this property. Ellen is terrific- responsive and outstanding in knowledge, organization and helpfulness. Also, the owners of 907 Second St. are great- really care about tenant satisfaction. We will be back again for year 3!

We had to have pet friendly and had to be near the beach because of a young grandchild. Ellen was great and got us the perfect spot, which we will want to rent again next year. She is very responsive and helpful.
