It is a lovely house, but it needs a deep cleaning and repairs. Appliances don't work right, benches in the kitchen are falling apart, lamps are missing as well as light bulbs, beds are not comfortable and the couches are very dirty and need a deep cleaning. A gate on the front porch would be a nice addition.

Have rented the same unit for 4 years. Owners need to check unit, make repairs and refresh kitchen. They increased rent considerably but quality is less. That’s not right.

The owners need to make it possible for renters to actually be able to use the dvd player. Fourth time renting this property and it still is not functional. Thank you to Trish for supplying us with her personal dvd player so we had the ability to watch movies on our rainy days. Also, the living room furniture is filthy dirty! It would be nice if the owners would have it professionally cleaned OR replace with new furniture. Master bedroom was missing a bedside lamp which should also be replaced. There is an electrical issue with the ceiling fan/light in the second master bedroom. Other than these things, we LOVE this property!

The layout of property is great for our family however we always have issues with the beds. King & queen beds are extremely uncomfortable. Queen in 1st bedroom has broken slats underneath & you roll into middle of bed. King extremely uncomfortable we bring our own foam to help. Sofa & chairs could be cleaned. Would like more amenities in kitchen as we are a large family & cook a lot.

Fireplace did not work. Ants around and on top of the center counter top. It looked like the ants may have been coming in from the vent by the front door or from under the door.

Our 2nd time renting through Colin and he is fantastic. The property had a few issues (garbage door broken when we got there, never repaired; railing not fully flush with wall; wet bar cooler warped). I understand normal wear and tear over the course of a summer season.
