Condo is in excellent location for family. But once again, upon arrival there were crumbs every where. Had to clean up after the previous renters. Also-someone did write "Fyou on one of the bedroom dressers. Washer and dryer needs replacement.

We love the rental property and this was our fourth year, same house, same date. This year, however, I was a little disappointed with the cleanliness of the bed blankets. I realize that many people use over the course of the summer but somehow they need to be freshened up. I did launder two of the white blankets so we could use but the washer and dryer is quite dated and it takes forever to do such large loads. Also, the ceiling fans could definitely use a very good cleaning. When I checked out, everything was wiped down with Lysol wipes and all the floors cleaned. When we checked in some of the furniture was obviously not dusted. At the rental price we pay, I would appreciate cleaner bedding. We do rent our sheets and towels through a concierge service which is very convenient. Also ----- the fry pans cannot be used because all the Teflon is worn off so we could not make breakfast and there is no griddle for pancakes or French toast. That should be available since we always bring 4 grandkids. These are just honest observations - not meant to offend anyone. Thank you.

Have used Berger for years. Would buy if I won the lottery. Inherited Monica when our former agent retired. She's wonderful. Always helpful. We had a good vacation this year. New owners and unit was updated a bit. Extremely comfortable mattress. I wish I took a photo of the label. Thank you Berger and Monica!

We have rented using Berger for years. Our agent retired and Monica handled our account. Easy transfer. We were unable to use our previous rental and Monica helped us find another. Our keys did not help at check in and she went our of her way to get that resolved ASAP. Thank you Monica! Wonderful vacation and nice rental property. A check was sent to reserve the rental for next year.
