The 1504 Asbury rental was very nice and convenient. Love that we can go out the door and walk to the beach boardwalk and stores!

Great location and we loved the front porch!
However, It was very dusty- too many decorative things just collecting dust! Dryer did not work properly- burned our clothes! We prefer less carpet too.

1504 Asbury Avenue was one of the units rented, Although the property was nice, the housekeeping was POOR, I would go as far as to say Dirty!!. The owners did not have enough cooking ware, such as pots, and utensils. As these things are not listed on the rental agreement, we didn't bring our own, which we in fact needed.

The only downfall with our rental was that the screen door kept coming off the track and the coffee pot and some dishes were still dirty in the cabinets/drawers.
