The property was perfect … from location to property itself to all of the ‘extras’ and set-up. Couldn’t have been better and already booked again for next year. Huge kudos to the owners for setting property up in a way that felt like we were at home — had everything we needed, quality and at our fingertips. Didn’t have to think, just had to enjoy. Awesome.

We loved this property and plan to rent it again next year. Many pluses... provided many paper products and soap of course we replenished what we used but still very helpful. They provided beach chairs, umbrella and beach toys which we did not know would be available... it will be great to know for next year when we make our packing list. The location was amazing, it was very clean and well stocked. The only improvements we can think of is putting twin beds in the bunk room. The bunk creaks every time you move which wakes the person up. It would also be nice to add a tv in that room as well. The person that slept in that room was a 40 year old female... not pleasant and we ended up putting the mattress on the floor. Other then that it was perfect. Thank you for an awesome vacation with family. You are amazing hosts! God Bless You!

This 3 bdrm, 2 bath coastal getaway is the the perfect location for your Ocean City vacation.  It is a short 3 block walk to the beach in the day and the boardwalk at night. It is located right next to the main shopping district on Asbury Ave. It is also only steps from the other eateries and convenience stores on West Ave.  After spending a hot, sunny day on the beach, come back and walk through two large sliding doors to a covered porch where there is an outside sitting area as well as a dining table where you can take in all of the action happening in downtown  Ocean City.  Both the master suite and the guest bedroom have access to the rear deck.  Beach chairs,  beach umbrella, beach cart/wagon are included. 

ABSOLUTELY NO SENIOR WEEK RENTALS,  NO PETS, AND NO SMOKING ON THIS PREMISES!!!
