The home was very nice. They claimed to have a professional company that cleaned the premises which delayed checkin by 1 hour. The house was moderately cleaned, Not professional by any means. Vents were filthy and artificial plants had dust balls hanging from them like ornaments from a Christmas tree. Food was also under a few of the beds. Tell the owner to save their money - not worth the professional cleaner. Refrigerator was not cold, we almost lost all of our food but our agent Chris emailed immediately and was super helpful throughout the entire process. Would definitely rent again from Chris!
