The property is ideally located. The new flooring in the common areas was wonderful. New couches were very comfortable. We will continue to rent this property in the future.

The new back deck, and the new washer and dryer are great. However, the rugs are VERY dirty and worn. I don’t want to even walk barefoot. And if the WI-FI could be updated somehow, it would be beneficial. I had 3 people in my family who needed to work remotely, and it was very difficult to get connectivity at times. Calls and internet connections got dropped mid-meeting.

Layout and proximity to the beach were great! Our family rented top and bottom, kids on bottom - adults on top worked out very well. Both floors well appointed! Internet subpar and not adequate to use for work purposes. Carpet could use updating!

The carpet was dirty and very worn out. The ocean-side deck is in need of repair. It is easy to stub toe or trip or get a splinter. They replaced the street side deck, but not the ocean side deck.

We had one incident related to the storm the back porch light cover blew off. Also, not related to the storm, a window in the master bedroom was cracked. Also an infestation of ants were at the bar area.

The AC unit stopped working during our stay and Graham came over within a few minutes of my calling him to check it out. He had the AC repair company there within an hour, and the next day they replaced the AC unit. Great customer service!!
