Looks like some of the unit has had updates but doors that are cracked and taped need to be replaced. A bedroom ceiling with multiple water stains needs to be painted. One twin was unsleepable and bed pillows should be replaced. House design was odd.

Our rental was perfect for our family. We loved the renovated kitchen and bathrooms---very pretty and adds a lot of comfort to the home.
Would love to see new flooring in bedrooms but not a major concern.
200 feet from the beach---nothing beats that!!!! So much right around the corner as far as food, ice cream and mini store and seafood was very nice to be able to walk to from the house. Loved the outside shower also!!! We would rent this property again. Tv would be nice in the other 2 bedrooms . Loved having a front and back porch to enjoy!!
