Recommend that owners install a recirculating hot water pump. A lot of water wasted waiting for hot water to come through

The property was nice. However, it does not make sense to have smart TV's that can access Netflix and not have the TV remotes in order to do that. Otherwise it was fine.

Overall - the home was great, very spacious & the most sound proof of any we've rented!
BUT . . .
The owner REALLY needs to invest in an outside hose - we'd track a whole lot less sand into the house! The outside shower had poor water pressure, so not real conducive to using it. Use of the garage for storing the beach stuff would have been nice.
