The living room sofas were dirty, torn on side; we had to cover both pieces with sheets. The grill was not clean, had a fish odor and was unusable. Under the furniture in living room was dirty.

Our rental property this year was fine. Having said this, I knew about the bedroom layouts before booking, as my agent Dave went to the property to confirm so that I’d have the correct information. He has often done this for my family over the years and going that extra mile to check out the property details has always been appreciated. This year we made it to check in just before 5 pm on a Saturday and he called us to be sure we had arrived. We have worked with Dave for many years and he’s always been helpful…thank you Dave!
