For how did I hear about Berger...all the choices.

We really like this property, last year we had an ant problem in the kitchen. This year the ant problem was much worse. They were on the counter tops, the stove, the kitchen sink, the refrigerator, and the kitchen walls. They were crawling out of the receptacles in the kitchen. We found some crawling on the one bedroom wall, too. We sprayed and bought 4 ant traps, but it did not solve the ant problem. We did not have any uncovered food items anywhere.
We recommend the owners have a regular Professional exterminator service year round to take care of this problem. We would like to rent it in June 2016, but it will be the last time if the ant problem is not solved.

We had an excellent vacation rental . Every thing was taken care when we had a shower issue. Ellen handled the issue very quickly and the plumber was there within hours.
