Great location! This 4 bedroom 2 bath is just one house from the corner of 18th & Wesley, has a covered front deck with some views, a large back deck, and parking for two cars. This is a 2nd & 3rd floor with a loft area on the third level for TV or games. The forth bedroom is on this level as well as 2 additional double beds. It sleeps 10 easily in beds and is just steps to the beach and boardwalk in the residential end. This is a great vacation unit.Amenities

My family had rented this unit several years ago and we had looked back on it with fondness enough to rent again in 2024. It may not be the most modern home but is very clean and spacious. The best feature, in my opinion, is the covered front porch. There’s a table with chairs for 6 as well as a lounge chair. The porch is useful rain or shine. We had an issue with the TV and the owners responded quickly and effectively. We’d definitely consider renting this unit again. Chris at Berger was great and responsive to our questions.

The home is in a wonderful location and well kept. But I could use a few improvements. The window unit AC is noisy and the front upstairs windows let in a great deal of air. The deadbolt on the front door cannot be locked with the key and the bathroom could use more hooks or shelves.

Rental at 511 18th Street (2nd floor). Ceiling fans in two bedrooms grind very loudly, recommend replacement. Second shower head is uncomfortable, spray is jet stream, recommend replacement.

Ocean City is our family tradition and we all love it - have come almost every year since 1970. Would not consider buying because of exorbitant costs, winter weather and New Jersey taxes. Moving soon to a new home in South Carolina but hoping to continue the family week in Ocean City.
