Our property was a great location, the owners were very kind people and it definitely met our needs. They just desperately need new couches. They were incredibly uncomfortable, and no way I could’ve used the pull out mattress inside.

If that were my rental it would be cleaner ..
There would be NO trip hazard throw rugs ..
I would have a griddle pan to make pancakes..
