Everything was very well taken care of. The only problem we had was at the garage door code never worked. Also, we did not like the bunkbed situation but we were aware of it ahead of time.

Welcome book should have been out in an obvious place, not in a drawer. We wasted time trying to figure out how to use the elevator, and trying to access the garage. The garage door code didn’t work and I felt we were blamed for that as well as locking the garage door. The tv did not work, and the washer made a loud noise. The unit itself was very clean and quiet and had all the necessary amenities.

not enough TV's, water damage to ceiling, microwave handle about to break, confusion over parking , not enough (table) chairs given it sleeps 12, beach chairs and umbrella would have been very nice to have.

That one double bed with a single bed on top needs to be replaces with either 2 single or 1 double size bed.
