This was the best property we have ever rented We have been vacationing yearly in OCNJ and renting from Berger for over 20 years
The only downfall to this property and why we probably will not rent this home again was the man on the first floor. He began to yell and harass us from day 1 and continued the week as far as sitting next to us on the beach and glaring
He slammed doors on us when we greeted him. Stopped our guest when she stopped to visit and harassed her. Simply embarrassing.

Great house with lots of space. Roof top deck a plus. Both decks have very nice and comfortable furniture. House was very clean! Would definitely book again.

This house exceeded our expectations! We have rented in Ocean City for over 15 years and this house was one of the nicest! The owners really do a great job maintaining the property, and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed- and more!

The house was well appointed. The furniture comfortable. Decor was bright and cheerful. Just a short walk to the beautiful beach. We watched a 360 degree view of 4th of July fireworks from the roof top deck and saw fireworks all over cape may and atlantic counties. Already have my rental contract for this house for next season!!!! .
