Trying to navigate the TV channels was difficult. There was no guide, and we couldn't figure out how to get cable channels. Also, the washer/dryer were not as efficient as we would have liked. We often needed to do several cycles for our clothes to dry (at least 3), especially towels. They came out of the washer overly wet, as if the spin cycle was not functioning properly. We went home with a lot of very wet clothing.

Dave us why I come back and book with berger each year. Very nice and this year, property was missing air mattress and Dave was so kind he loaned us his personal one so we had enough beds.

The floor in the bedroom squeaks all over.
The kitchen chairs are completely soiled
The front patio has no over hang and is only about 3' wide

This condo had some well-used furniture that should probably be replaced. It also needs a good cleaning. (i.e. moldy shower curtain and dirty a/c vents.) Nice kitchen with good appliances and well stocked. Nicely decorated. Good vacation overall. After all, we're in OCNJ!
