The house was in a great spot and the views were great. Only recommendation would be to have hangers in the bedrooms. There were 5 hangers for 10 people

We love our 2 weeks renting this property and continue to be grateful for the time as well as the upgrades the owner has made. The new washer and dryer and coffee maker were outstanding additions as well as the updated kitchen table! Continuing to love the fresh look and furniture in the bedrooms and hope there is consideration for similar upgrades to the living room furniture. Our only concerns were the refrigerator and freezer and were challenged by the ice maker continuing to freeze up and not making enough ice despite following the agent's recommendations to keep the setting at medium. The refrigerator maintains a cool temperature but things were definitely not a cold as expected for a fully functioning unit. A few of the shades in the living room were broken in places and not functional. Would it be possible to get additional non-slip strips on the outdoor steps as they are treacherous in the rain and dampness. Thank you again!

Appreciated the very nice upgrades to the bedrooms and bed configuration - really made a difference! Appliances, especially the refrigerator need upgrades. The freezer stopped making ice early in our stay and refrigerator was unpredictable. Kitchen table and sofa also could use a refresh. We love the location of this place and the comfort it offers! Also the downstairs neighbors (owners of first floor) have always been so helpful, kind, and friendly. Thank you!

Loved location and views. Rented because we like screened in porch - unfortunately screens were removed. Wished dirty rugs were cleaned or replaced.

although our property needs some TLC the location and utilization was perfect. The screened in porch was a nice surprise along with the view of the wetlands. Adding functional outdoor shower along with some TLC would make the property almost perfect...we would definitely rent the property again as long as safety of the deck railings and deck was assured.
