Beachwatch rental had automatic themostat set at 74 degrees and would not allow us to reset to our descretion. Queen size bed mattress needs upgraded.

We like the space we rented for our annual OC week long stay. This was our 5th year and best one so far, partly due to our stay with Berger. The only thing, I think would be beneficial is a shopping cart to load and unload your car then push to your room. We stayed at a different location who provided a shopping cart and it took the “struggle” out of unpacking our SUV. Let’s face it. It’s a weeks worth of stuff for us and our 2 children. We kept our sandy beach stuff in the car but we had lots of stairs to climb. Other than that, it was great.

Could not access pool area from parking garage ramp area due to Key lock not working, had to walk all over the 1st floor deck to reach the pool area.
