Worse unit I have rented in OC through Berger. The outside of the property especially the carport and stair area showed extreme lack of maintenance and care. Appearance was horrible! Inside, the unit was not clean, with the kitchen not equipped properly.

Dominic of Berger was very helpful in our rental search as we were looking somewhat late in the season. Loved the location of our property, however; we felt the property wasn't maintained as well as it should have been for the amount of rental fee. However, we would definitely go with Berger again.

great location and space. furnishings and several beds need to be upgraded. i felt that the living spaces needed a more thorough cleaning. would consider renting unit again if upgrades were made,or another unit near this location that would address my concerns

We have rented the same unit for the past several years and have been very satisfied - the owners live in the first floor unit and we have gotten to know them, and like them very much! Jeff Haas has always been terrific to work with, and if we reach a point where we can buy a property, we will definitely work with him!

I was a first time renter and Carol made it easy to rent, even late in the season. My rental home needed cleaning of the venting system(very dusty and obvious in the beautiful cathedral family room), but the owners were kind and very quiet. New mattresses would be nice, too, as only a few had been replaced. The bathroom window cranks need a good rust/dirt removal and some WD40 oil, too.

People on the first floor stated they were the owners.. seemed very nice. Otherwise it is was a standard summer home where the mattress'/box springs need to be replaced. Par for the course in most OC rentals.

Please clean the hvac ductwork. Very noticeably dirty. Otherwise all was good. Probably change locations next year but would look to Berger first for the rental.
