We would book this property again. Please remind the owners that a handrail broke off as I was climbing the stairs. Left it in the stairwell.
We enjoy the location and I like the porch but the table really needs an umbrella as the sun gets very intense. That would be appreciated by everyone who stays there I’m sure. The kitchen is missing some basic stuff like measuring spoons, dish towel, oven mitts, etc.
This was our second year I. This place and it is a nice location.

I always look for a nice rooftop experience. This one was not enough space and not enough chairs.
The 2nd floor porch needs more chairs and an umbrella. The frying pans are in poor condition and need replacing. It was also disappointing that there was no propane tank for the grill. It was decorated very nicely, it was comfortable and the views were really pretty.

Rental property was great but there was a pretty big ant problem. Our agent helped us out with traps and they worked well but the owner should definitely look into this.

a few outlet covers were missing at ground level,
small ants in kitchen and living room all week,
no flash lights to use when power went out twice,
sofa bed but no blanket and AC falls right on sofa
holly cow all the instructions to use the TV ...
