Each house has its own boat slip and jet ski slip with ladder into the bay that comes with the property for the rental week.  Boat slip will fit up to 11 feet wide boats.  If you pull in it will fit boats up to 23 fl. long. (Experienced boaters that can back in will be able fit a 30 fl long boat).    A direct western exposure offers Ocean City's best sunsets.

Dogs (no cats) are welcome for a pet fee of $200.00.
