If you are in need of accommodations for an event to the Ocean City Yacht Club, this property will fit your needs. Lovely Bay views from the tranquil deck are the icing on the cake! The 1st floor is also available for additional family or guests.Owner has provided parking in a lot at 9th and the Boardwalk so you can access the beach and amusements without the downtown parking concerns. You can also rent the first floor a 1 Simpson for additional family.

The rental was great. Very clean and spacious, had a nice deck with a view of tbe bay. Had a full equipped kitchen except for a can opener. The only downfall was that the kitchen supplies (dishes, appliances, sliverware) were filthy. Whoever stayed before us didn't bother to wash thepots and pans, electric skillet, or any dishes. Left a broken kerig and something sticky melted to dryer. My husband had to chip away whatever it was so it would damage our clothes. I think the cleaning people don't do any of that stuff, just your basic cleaning. Overall it was a great place to stay. Would stay again.

This was our first time renting in over 30 years as we recently sold our own family properties. Alan truly made us feel at home! We too rented out our properties and noticed right away that Alan goes above and beyond to make his guests feel welcomed.
