This is our 10th year renting this beautiful home. They’ve upgraded the kitchen, which Is definitely a plus. We always have a wonderful time in OC thanks to this clean, comfortable shore house.

Dining room chairs were not great, some were pretty wobbly, deck furniture was plastic which is challenging for older folks, upper deck with presumably best view was off limits for the year. Description was not clear that king bedroom was loft. No ground level storage area for beach stuff. Check in package did not include direction on which parking spaces were for the unit.

This is our 7th year renting 5811 Asbury, 2nd floor. The house is always super clean; the owner upgrades and replaces appliances whenever it's needed. Lee has always been very responsive & helpful with whatever we've needed.
I would and have recommended Berger Realty to our friends & family.
If we ever get enough money together, we'd love to buy a property through your Realty company.
