Very minor issues. A large frying pan with a lid would be helpful making an omelet or grilled cheese sandwich. I never located any coasters for drinking glasses. Windex would have been welcome. A whisk for whipping up eggs would be helpful. We did not go out to eat often. We wanted to enjoy the view. Those cooking items would be useful.

I would like to suggest a better key ring. The keys on a paper ring got lost twice during our stay. Your orange color would stand out better on a key ring.

Cyndi did a great job getting info for us regarding the Corona Virus in order for us to make a informed decision to vacation at Ocean City again in 2020. In addition, we were very pleased with the attention that the owner had given to prepare the condo to alleviate any concerns that we might have had regarding the Corona Virus.
Cyndi was also very responsive to issues regarding the air conditioning unit and the door lock. She came the condo 3-4 times to assess the situation and then promptly got service to repair the air conditioner and door lock. We are grateful that Cyndi helped to make our time in Ocean City enjoyable and relaxing. Thank you, Cyndi!

Cleanliness left a lot to be desired! Dust was present in all corners and behind furniture and fixtures. Diabetic needle on floor in master bathroom! Hair found in jacuzzi tub! Left over food in cupbord, candy wrappers, and pair of black socks under bed, black mold and moldy shower curtain in 2nd bathroom.

David Hadtke is an outstanding agent for Berger Realty in OCNJ!!! He knew what I wanted for beachfront rental... an outstanding rental that my family and I have enjoyed for 3 years. Looking forward to many more happy times at this property. David was able to turn my 2 weeks into 3 and maybe even more next year!! Who knows?

House needs upkeep. Front door sticks, railing on deck is loose and dangerous, slider to deck is hard to open, carpet needs replaced and the beds are worn out and need replaced.

Great location - very nice condo. A few necessities were not in the condo - dish towels, measuring spoons, a couple measuring cups - but otherwise it was well equipped. We plan to return to OC in 2018.
