Welcome to the north end of Ocean City on quiet Brighton Place. Just one block to the beach and two blocks to the main boardwalk shops and amusements, it located for the family who wants to walk everywhere. This is a 1st floor unit. It has four bedrooms and two full baths that can sleep up to 9 people. There is an enclosed outdoor shower to clean off after a day at the beach. Off the front is a large deck to enjoy the cool ocean breeze. It is sure to put you at ease and enjoy your time at the beach. Kick back and relax, you're going to enjoy your time here.

Bathrooms were small; over the sink cabinets with shelves would have helped with personal storage. The common space was very tight. We had six people and nine would have not worked.
The Keurig stopped working half way through the week. There was a mildew odor from the vent in the front bedroom. A small thing that would have been helpful would be to put felt pads on the chair legs to make the movements quieter. Also the dining furniture was very tight - not able to sit at the counter at the same time the table was being used. We did appreciate the first floor with easy access to outdoors. The porch was a plus. And the parking worked out fine with a handicapped spot across the street.

Unit was adequate for our family's needs, but was somewhat dirty. Vents needed a good scrubbing and there was mold visible above and on vents.

804 Brighton was the absolute best location! Convenient to the beach, walking distance to town, and lots of cool spots nearby. Ocean City could use more food options, especially in the north end. Would definitely recommend this rental.

We had a lovely stay in OC. The house was very nice and as described on website. Our agent was prompt responding to our emails. Check in was fast and easy. And I was thankful to have my lost eye glasses (fell out of my purse in the Berger lot when checking in), promptly returned once identified as mine. We do not go to OC every year, but will definitely look to Berger when we do!
