Welcome to our shore house! This 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath duplex has an open floor plan with plenty of natural lighting. It has many amenities including 32" flat screen TV's in the bedrooms and a 55 inch flat screen TV in the living room area. All TV's are smart TVs and will accept your electronic devices.  The updated kitchen has an island and the dining area has room for a family of eight with extended eating area on the porch. Ceiling fans throughout the unit give you the option on cool nights to turn off the AC and still catch a breeze. Two (2) updated bathrooms. The front deck has an awesome porch swing, table and seating for morning coffee and evening cocktails. Storage is available for your bikes and you are welcome to use the beach chairs, umbrella and other beach gear. We also provide and two (2) off-street parking spots and an enclosed shower all located two short blocks from a guarded beach. To preserve this beautiful beach home for all guests to enjoy, we do not allow senior week, prom, or other underage groups, enforce a smoke-free environment and do not allow pets of any kind.
