Description

Welcome to our shore house!  This 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath duplex has an open floor plan with plenty of natural lighting. It has many amenities including 32" flat screen TV's in the bedrooms and a 55 inch flat screen TV in the living room area. All smart TV's will accept you electronic devices.  The updated kitchen has an island and the dining area has room for a family of eight with extended eating area on the porch. Ceiling fans throughout the unit give you the option on cool nights to turn off the AC and still catch a breeze. Two (2) updated bathrooms.  Our location, just two blocks from the beach & Boardwalk is perfect for a short stroll to the beach and the Bill's famous Pancake House.  A full service diner not to be missed.  Relax on the porch swing and enjoy all of the boardwalk shops and attractions.  Storage is available for your bikes and you are welcome to use the beach chairs, umbrella and other beach gear. We also provide  two (2) off-street parking spots and an enclosed shower all located two short blocks from a guarded beach.  Property Manager is available if the need should arise.  Welcome to our home and we hope that you will have fond memories of your stay in Ocean City.

The house was perfect for a family vacation. We especially enjoyed the 2 decks. Location is great. We were able to walk to the beach and boardwalk. The house was clean and had everything we needed. We would definitely recommend!

House was fine. Problem was smokers on the first floor porch. Smelled cigarettes whenever I went out on our porch. Had to go back in the house. I’ve never had this problem with renting in ocean city before. I did call my agent and she said they can smoke outside. Was very disappointed with the smoking.
