Rental property was below expectations and a disappointment. The property was not as clean as other properties we have rented. The air conditioning did not work properly since it always felt very damp inside. The owner was attentive when the air conditioning completely broke down twice, and had it fixed the next day. The inside still remained damp. We were also disappointed that beach tags were not included with the rental, but there were chairs available for use.

We're sorry your stay didnt meet expectations and appreciate you sharing your concerns.The property is deep cleaned and inspected at the start of each season, and we also use a trusted cleaning team between guest stays. That said, weve addressed your comments with our cleaners to ensure consistency moving forward.We also have the A/C system professionally tuned up every year, and unfortunately, it experienced an unexpected failure that was beyond our control. Both times, we had it repaired the next day and provided fans in the meantime to help improve comfort.As noted in the lease agreement, beach tags are not included, but we appreciate the suggestion and will make that even clearer in our listing. We're glad you were able to use the beach chairs provided.Thank you again for your input it helps us improve for future guests.
