Cute little place for our family of 4. My only problems: The room that had the washer/dryer did smell like mildew when running the dryer because you had to turn the A/C unit off. A/C unit in other bedroom was very loud which made it difficult to sleep.
Bottom of the stair railing was open and my daughter crashed into it causing a significant bruise on her shoulder.

Second time we rented , very happy hope to rent same week next year..OC has ant problem, I did not mind that. It is what it is. I thought the living room futon cover was older and not too clean.Since we cleaned and left place in great shape.
