Or you can grab a quick sandwich right off the beach at lunch by going across the street to 'Sack of Subs.' In the evening, you and the family are a short block from 'A la Mode' Ice Cream Parlor. The 55th Street Diner is 2 doors away in case the call of pancakes and eggs get you past the sticky buns. There is a Blitzs supermarket for any grocery shopping or convenience item needs. For those of you headed to the boardwalk, there is a trolley which stops on 55th street every half hour after 5 PM to take you to and from the boardwalk. This lovely Condo is located at the south end of the island right next to Corson's State Park - which offers a bay with kayaking among other activities. The south end of the island is truly its own quiet community within the larger community of Ocean City.

A large south-facing 2nd floor deck, with electric grill, is perfect for enjoying sun rise coffee or sunset refreshments. Both bedrooms have their own air conditioner and fan. The well-stocked efficiency kitchen/living area includes fridge, oven/stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, air conditioner, 40in Roku TV and wifi. There is a brand-new enclosed outdoor shower (shared with 1st floor) for after-beach rinse and covered storage area for stowing beach gear beneath the steps.

This south end home is just 3.5 short blocks to the beach and less than 4 miles to the famous Ocean City boardwalk. You will have the convenience of Boyers food market and Mikes seafood, within 2 blocks. Walk another half a black an you will reach the National Award winning ice cream parlor, A La Mode. Additional restaurants and specialty shops are also located within walking distance to this rental. 

During your stay, you have the luxury of being just 2 miles from Corsons Inlet State Park and the renowned Deauville Inn of Strathmere NJ where you can enjoy a waterfront dinner and some fantastic drinks. It is just another 4 miles to all of the Sea Isle City nightlife locations. Be sure to utilize the Ocean City and Sea Isle jitney services for transportation.
