Tanya Pinkerton is amazing to the product of vacation magic. With a 5 star personality to accommodate the best experience for her client's it is Tanya that truly makes the difference. She even calls us each stay after we have arrived to be certain we have everything we need. We are loyal to Tanya the result of this is a fondness for Berger Realty.

Our agent, CarolLee Cawley, was very thorough, friendly and immediately answered our calls. I would definitely recommend her. She really goes out of her way to help us. In the future. I will keep her in mind for referrals/recommendations or when I'm ready to buy or sale.

The condo was just the right size and near the middle of town and the beach which was nice. Only issue, the bunk beds were beyond uncomfortable
