We have rented the same property four years in a row. It has become increasingly worn and less maintained. We have already contacted agent about different house next year.

Clean, well stocked. Owners very nice. First step from bedrooms downstairs was tricky for the kids. The height difference was just enough to throw off balance. I did not like not having carpeting on the stairs/bottom of steps with kids in the house.

Peter was very helpful in getting our 2014 rental.The property was clean and all furniture was in excellent condition.Also, the owners provided all required supply items.we will be looking to rent this property in 2015.
